At Vaio USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
